Jacqueline has been working as a pastry chef and helping brides design and create unique wedding cake for 20 years. In fact, many of the wedding cakes as well as their Memory Cakes™ counterparts you see on this site were created by Jacqueline herself.
The realization that brides have so little
time to admire their beautiful wedding cake before it is cut led to the idea of creating Memory Cakes™ as a keepsake of that special day.

A: No, Memory Cakes are perfect for a special anniversary or any occassion where you want to preserve your cake for a lifetime.
Q: How much does a Memory Cake Cost?
A: Each Memory Cake is hand crafted to be an exact replica of your wedding cake and is $125.00
Q: What is the ordering process?
A: Click on the "Visit My Store" button on any page to be taken to our secure storefront. From here you can add a Memory Cake to your shopping cart, choose your shipping options, and pay via Visa, Mastercard, or Check. Orders placed using a check are not processed until your check is received
Q: What materials are used in a Memory Cake
A: Each Memory Cake is individually hand crafted using a Polyfoam base with a Baked Marble Clay finish; these materials have been time-tested to ensure your Memory Cake will look as wonderful on your 50th Anniversary as the day it arrives
Q: How much space will my Memory Cake take?
A: Each Memory Cake is designed to fit in a China Cabinet or to be displayed on a bookshelf; a typical Memory Cake will stand between 6 Inches and 8 Inches in height with a diameter between 4 inches and 5 inches
Q: How long will it take to receive my Memory Cake?
A: Your order should arrive within two weeks depending on scheduling and your requirements
